Man killed in Temecula accident identified
The man killed in a crash in Temecula on Friday evening has been identified as 43 year old Jesse Villanueva of Aguanga. According to a news release issued by the Riverside County Coroner's Office, Villanueva was the operator of a vehicle that left the roadway and struck a fence near Highway 79 and Anza road at about 8:15 pm. The release said that Villanueva was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
Villanueva was taken by ambulance to Rancho Springs Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 9:25 pm. Entries on the CHP website after the accident indicate that alcohol may have been a factor in this accident, but this has not yet been confirmed.
