Man killed in accident east of Temecula identified
The man killed in an accident east of Temecula on Saturday has been identified as 57 year old Edward Leon Radzus of Escondido.
The accident occurred east of Temecula on Highway 79 near the entrance to Vail Lake at around 11:00 am Saturday morning. A release issued by the Riverside County Coroner's Office says that Radzus was the operator of a sport utility vehicle that lost control and left the roadway. He was ejected as a result of the accident and was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:21 am.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
