Volunteers from the Riverside Mountain Rescue Unit are assisting in the search for two missing hikers in the San Jacinto Wilderness Area overnight.

Few details are available, but a representative from the Riverside Mountain Rescue Unit has said that volunteers were being activated Saturday night to search for two female hikers who are reportedly missing. The search effort is being launched from the Palm Springs Ariel Tramway.
